Heidelberg Materials Jøsenfjorden Sand Quarry

Our production facility in Jøsenfjorden is located at Lundaneset, right by the seaside. Here, we have a quay facility where all major deliveries are made by boat. The production facility was originally used for producing materials for road construction. When we took over the facility, several changes were made to adapt it for the production of concrete aggregates as well. We have an annual production of approximately 130,000 tonnes.

The fractions we produce and supply are:

• 0/4 mm cable sand
• 0/8 mm asphalt sand
• 0/8 mm casting sand
• 0/8 mm machine sand
• 8/16 mm natural/crushed
